Live from Paris, titled En vivo desde París in Spanish-Speaking countries, is the fourth live album by Shakira. It features her The Sun Comes Out World Tour performances from the June 13th and June 14th concerts at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy in the summer of 2011 in Paris, France. The album was released on December 6, 2011 on three different formats including a live CD/DVD standard DVD, and Blu-ray in the U.S.. The album has sold over 1'500,000 copies.

Background[]

During the The Sun Comes Out World Tour several performances were Broadcast and recorded. During the performance in France it was noticed the presence of 3D cameras inside the arena. In addition, during the concert new effects were used on stage. It was then confirmed by France that a DVD of the tour would be released on November 22, 2011. After over a month of speculation the live album was confirmed via Shakira's official Spanish website after Shakira sent a link from her Twitter. The site confirmed that the album would be released by the end on 2011 and that the album would be a CD/DVD. Sony Music France confirmed that the live album would be released in December 5, 2011 while Amazon confirmed the live album would be released on December 6, 2011 and that a Blu-ray version of the live album would be released. It was then confirmed that Antes de las Seis would be the first single off the live album and fourth single off Sale el Sol.

The Tracklist was confirmed by Shakira's official website on November 2, 2011.[1] Shakira's official Spanish website revealed that the audio CD will feature twenty songs from the tour.[2]
